From the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!!

The system I decided to go with was Longi HiMo panels with microinverters, Sunlock racking and Australian made cable and electrical components throughout.

I am very happy with the purchase, the installer was experienced albeit a little older, helped me set up the app on my phone and confirmed what the salesperson told me; the materials were some of the best going around.

My gut was right, NGSS is a very professional outfit and recommended what so far has been a very reliable choice in Solar power.
